Corrupt file when downloading Marratech Pro (Error 1335)

Some users have reported receiving the following error after downloading Marratech Pro from our web site:

This means that the downloaded file is corrupt or incomplete. This usually happen if the download somehow has failed, or if the CD used has been damaged.

In our experience, the most common culprit is Norton Antivirus. Other programs (in particular software firewalls, web proxies, parental control programs, virus checkers and download managers) that somehow interact with the download should also be suspect.

Solution: Turn off Norton Antivirus and/or any other programs that interact with your downloads while downloading Marratech Pro. Turn them on afterwards and run a manual virus check of the downloaded file.
Disabling Norton was the fix.
